Search & Find

If we do not have what you want in our data-base of available properties, or on our list of private, unadvertised properties, our staff will search the island and use our extensive contacts to find just what you want.
Property Purchase
Working together with our lawyers we will guide you through the various aspects of acquiring property in Thailand. We will show you the various options available to you, and ensure you end up with the right solution for you. We can arrange for a lawyer to carry out Due Diligence on the Land Title and ownership for you and draw up a Sales and Purchase contract and then have the ownership properly registered at the Land Office.
