Ban Makham is the area immediately to the north of Nathon with the Ring Road running close to the shore along which are a few restaurants and beach bungalows. The beach is narrow but the sea shallow for some distance and the coral and rocks are a favourite hunting ground at low water for locals seeking shell fish. The inland area is becoming increasingly developed and there are a few quality residential areas, some in elevated locations with sea views across Nathon and to the mainland. Allow 40 minutes to the Airport.
Situated in the hills of Ban Makham this land has views over Nathon and towards the Angthong National Marine Park and the main land. Facing predominantly south west it enjoys year round sun set views.
The majority of the land lies between 80 and 140m above sea level and therefore lies in Zone 3.1 of the Environmental Regulations 2014.
