Lamai is the second most famous beach area in Koh Samui with a 2 kilometer long sandy beach along which are numerous hotels of differing standards. Many restaurants along the beach road and a large bar area to the southern end. Off the beach Road is a children’s water park. Wat Lamai hosts a display of artifacts from “Old Samui” before tourism. Away from the beach road there are roads leading in to the hills and a back road recently opened will take you through the hills to Maenam. To the south of Lamai are the famous Hin Ta - Hin Yai (Grandmother – Grandfather) Rocks
Situated in the hills above Lamai and Hua Thanon this large area of land has extensive sea views to the south and west. Approach is by way of a concrete public road.
The land lies in Zone 6 of the City Planning Ministerial Regulation BE 2549 which allows residential development and Zone 3.2 of the Environmental Regulations 2014 which relates to land more than 140 m above sea level. Contact us for more details.
