Taling Ngam

Is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the FiveIslands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Island View” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the FerryPort in Nathon.

Description

The Main House
The main house is approached through an automatic sliding gate into a parking area which leads to the main entrance and entrance hall, off which is a guest washroom. The entrance hall leads through to the spacious 145 sqm living room looking over the pool and terrace which leads down to the beach. The Living area has both ceiling fans and air conditioning and travertine floors which extend throughout the ground floor. Adjoining the Living room is a large study and adjacent to which is a fully carpeted cinema room with over head HD projector, Blue-Ray equipment and a drop down screen.

On the opposite side of the living room is a fully fitted 50 sqm kitchen with Boretti oven range with six gas rings plus built in coffee maker, steamer and microwave oven. Separate Guest Accommodation
Within the property boundaries but with separate access is a small area of apartments and villas. These are approached directly from the road into an inner courtyard around a salt water pool. There are two villas and four apartments.

The Villas are two story and with a ground floor living and dining area with fitted kitchen. Stairs lead to the first floor which comprises and main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two smaller rooms which share an en-suite bathroom.
