Situated conveniently between Choengmon and Chaweng the property is ideally located for easy access to the many restaurants and entertainment areas of Samui but far enough away not to be disturbed by them. In an elevated hillside position the villa has unobstructed sea views to the east so enjoying the early morning sunrise.

The villa, which is newly completed, is approached through a private gate and ornamental pools leading to a covered walkway to the rear of the property and the pool deck overlooking the sea.

Fronting on to the pool is a 9 metre wide Living Room and Dining Room. A large seating area with comfortable sofas and chairs occupies one end of the room whilst a ten seat dining table occupies the remainder. Ceiling fans cool both areas in addition to the air conditioning if needed. This room is separated from the pool deck by fully glazed sliding doors so proving an unobstructed view across the pool to the sea beyond. The doors open out onto the part covered pool deck with occasional table and chairs.

The pool is some 13m long with an open terrace at one end with sun loungers.

To the rear of the living room is a full width, fully fitted kitchen with a wide range of cupboards and work tops, gas hob and extractor unit, built in oven and microwave and fridge freezer.

At the side of the entrance is a large 4^th Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Stairs lead up to the First Floor comprising three identical bedrooms all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms leading of a full width balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.

Stairs from the Ground Floor lead down to a lower level which contains a large open area together with a Media Room, Children’s Room, additional bedroom or possible a Gym, Laundry and Maid’s Room, Bedroom 5 & 6  and 2nd Kitchen

There is also a large open deck area over the double garage.
