Ban Makham is the area immediately to the north of Nathon with the Ring Road running close to the shore along which are a few restaurants and beach bungalows. The beach is narrow but the sea shallow for some distance and the coral and rocks are a favourite hunting ground at low water for locals seeking shell fish. The inland area is becoming increasingly developed and there are a few quality residential areas, some in elevated locations with sea views across Nathon and to the mainland. Allow 40 minutes to the Airport.

This land has got a old style house on the property. The beach front is approx. 15-20m and has sunset view all year.  Its suited at the convenience location in the west coast peninsula. Suggestion will have to renovate or redesign the house.
