Ban Makham is the area immediately to the north of Nathon with the Ring Road running close to the shore along which are a few restaurants and beach bungalows. The beach is narrow but the sea shallow for some distance and the coral and rocks are a favourite hunting ground at low water for locals seeking shell fish. The inland area is becoming increasingly developed and there are a few quality residential areas, some in elevated locations with sea views across Nathon and to the mainland. Allow 40 minutes to the Airport.
The villa is situated in the hills above Nathon and has extensive sea views to the south west as far as the mainland and the Angthong National Marine Park.
The main entrance to the villa is at the middle level into an entrance hall with stairs to the upper floor and to the main ground floor level below.
The upper floor landing opens onto an open study area which leads to:
