The Bedroom (4.6 x 5.0 m) has air-conditioning and sliding doors to the pool terrace. There is a large walk in clothes closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and separate our-door Balinese style shower. There are two washbasins and a w.c. A further door leads to the Sala at the side of the pool which is plumbed to take a Jacuzzi.

The pool is surrounded by a large terrace which gives access to the extensive landscaped garden at the rear.
