Ban Kaew,  Ban Talay and Laem Sor

The southern shores of the island, little developed compared the remainder of Samui but there are a few residential properties and some quite expensive beach front villas in this area. Beaches are sandy with the sea being very shallow for some distance. Laem Sor Pagoda on the beach at the end of Laem Sor Road is worth a visit.

Situated right on the beach which is protected by a reef some distance from the shore. The beach is sandy and has a gentle slope into the sea. Bounded on two sides by a canal, the owner will complete the Public Road access with a 5m concrete road and build a bridge access to the plot. The land is level and elevated from the sea.
