An increasingly popular area on the north coast with some nice sandy beaches looking towards Koh Phangan. Stretching some 6 kilometers between Ban Tai and Bophut with numerous hotels and restaurants along the road. Hotels range from the high quality Nappasai, Santiburi Resort and W Retreat to many smaller beach front properties. Samui’s only 18 hole golf course is at the Santiburi Samui Country Club in the hills with magnificent sea views as you play the course. There are many bars and restaurants along the main road and on the side streets leading to the beach. The Lomprayah Ferry leaves from the western end of the beach taking passengers to nearby islands. Allow 25-30 minutes to the Airport.

This house is at end of a dead end road and has nice sea views. There is enough land to build a couple of bungalows below the house as well as another house on one side.

The upper floor consists of a large living/dining area in open space with the kitchen and a terrace and pool at the front. On the side are two bedrooms one behind the other with a bathroom in between. The master bedroom, which is at the back has an en-suite bathroom.

Spiral stairs lead to the lower floor, which was previously used as office and is presently unfurnished. There is also an independant entrance from the front and it could be transformed into a separate apartment. it consists of 5 rooms and a bathroom.
