This is the north coast and comprises a number of quiet sandy beaches some of which are swimmable. A number of Thai beach front restaurants, private villa developments and hotels such as “The Sea”. Hillside retreats include “Infinity” and “Code” both of which enjoy extensive sea views to Koh Phangan and beyond.

Description

This holiday retreat is 600 square meters of luxury living-space set in a 3,054m2 landscaped property in a tropical forest just south of the northwestern tip of Koh Samui. Beautiful local beaches, golf course, restaurants and shopping are a few minutes away by car.

It has six elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three of these bathrooms have large Jacuzzis and picture windows to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The ultra comfortable living area contains an enormous u-shaped sofa, 52” LCD TV, with surround sound system and the True Vision satellite service. The adjacent dining room sits up to 14 persons. The games room contains an 8ft. pool table, fussball table, and a variety of other popular games. There is also an outdoor ping-pong table. For those who wish to stay connected, we provide a fully equipped office and ADSL wifi access.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

The stunning 92 square meter infinity pool and Jacuzzi is complemented by an amazing 78 meter long double loop slide plunging directly from the top-floor balcony to the pool. The poolside terrace is fully furnished for outdoor dining and lounging.

Cooking (breakfast included), cleaning and maintenance are provided by the permanent staff.

Space is available at the side of the villa to build a further single storey house for which plans are available.

The property has provided excellent rental returns with ROI of nearly 10%. Details will be provided to qualified applicants after signing a Confidentiality Agreement.

Lulu Villa has six double rooms (5 king size, one queen) and four additional single mattresses (2 inflatables), the total sleeping capacity of the villa is 16 people, rates below are for 12 people, please add additional amounts for extra people and breakfasts required to calculate the total Value of your stay
Electricity: 6 THB per KW is charged for electricity, this usually works out to 1000 THB per day
depending on air con and water-slide use, the max per day for this charge is 1750 THB,

Standard Services

* Maid service every other day, sheets and towels changed once every three days.

* Breakfast 165 thai baht (or 5 USD) per person.

English Breakfast: scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, bacon, baked beans, bread, tea or coffee.

All breakfasts come with orange juice and tea or coffee. If you change breakfast please inform staff one day in advance.

* Pool attendant and Gardener twice a week.

* Bookings can be handled by our villa manager for all services or goods customers may desire during their stay.

Conditions

* Minimum stay of 3 nights in low season, 4 nights in peak season and 10 nights over Christmas and New Year.

* Rates are inclusive of tax.

* The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mass and NY period
