areas off the Beach Road. There are a total of 20 rooms,

are a further two rooms on the top floor of this five-storey
building which front onto a large terrace from where you
have a nice overview of Chaweng and which are also air-conditioned.
The entrance to the hotel is on a side soi and leads directly
to a small lobby. Behind the lobby is a large room, which
serves as office. The stairs leading to the upper floors
are on the left side and below the staircase is a store
room.
The
air-conditioned rooms and the two roof top rooms have fridges.
Some rooms have two single beds but the majority have double
beds.
Adjacent
to the entrance to the hotel there is an open covered space,
which is used as a restaurant/bar. It is part of the hotel
and comprises a large screen projector and two pool tables.
The kitchen has just been completely refurbished recently.
The hotel has its own well. The hotel has its own website,
which is included in the purchase price.
