This existing bungalow resort lies between the road and
the beach, with a 25 meter beach frontage. A concrete road
leads through the centre of the site from the road to a
boat slipway into the sea. Only the right hand side is developed
with space on the left hand side currently in the process
of being developed with an additional 11 rooms. There is
a shop/office with frontage to the main road above, which

2 groups of three. The rooms are all equipped with air-conditioning,
television with DVD, a small fridge and a small safe. On
the beach there is the restaurant with teak tables and chairs.
The restaurant has presently 26 seats with a further six
stools at the bar.
On the left hand side fronting the beach is a single bedroom
house with a terrace with access to the beach.
