Each
apartment and villa comprises a lounge leading to a terrace
overlooking the swimming pool.
The
apartments have to the rear a dining room, kitchen
and a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor,
there are two large double bedrooms each with
en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and quality
bedroom furniture consisting of wardrobe, dressing
table and bedside tables. The master bedroom
also has a balcony complete with chairs and table
overlooking the pool and gardens.
The
villa additionally boasts a higher standard of
interior finish and furnishings together with
a third bedroom all situated on one floor and
is suitable for six persons. The villa will be
available from October 2005.
All
units are equipped with TV and satellite channels, DVD player
and hot water shower. The sala beside the communal swimming
pool has a pool table. There is daily maid service and free
baby cots/high chairs subject to availability.
Transfer
from and to the airport is charged at Baht 500 one way in
a luxury air-conditioned minibus.
