TThe
buildings have been designed to create a low impact on the

with grass which creates a thermal mass that aids the cooling
of the spaces beneath it. Simplicity and elegance are foremost
in the design.
As
foreign nationals may not own land in Thailand, the properties
are being offered on a leasehold basis with regard to the
land and with separate ownership of the villa structure
which is permitted under Thai Law. The Purchase Price includes
a thirty year registered lease which includes two successive
thirty year renewals and a freehold option over the land
should Thai law change to allow this. It also includes the
villa construction, built in furniture, private pool landscaping
and decks.
There
are eight, 2-bedroom villas with an internal area of 241
sq metres and 10 3-bedroom villas with internal areas between
281 and 287 sq metres.
Construction
Report: July 08
The
building is taking shape now that the formwork is being
removed. The roof planter boxes are just about complete.
The swimming pool and terrace planter boxes have been water
proofed and water tested. The exposed concrete surfaces
are being plastered smooth and block walls are being rendered.
PJC have a team of people breaking rock onsite, so the rubble
wall work will soon commence.
