is the dining area with a round table and chairs which leads
through to the Kitchen by way of a Breakfast Bar. The kitchen
is fitted with a good range of cupboards with pink/grey
granite work tops, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood
over, double bowl stainless steel sink unit, large refrigerator
and Microwave oven. The whole area has four ceiling fans
and air-conditioning.
Off
the Living Area is a large bathroom with wardrobes, marble
tiles floor and walls, double size terrazzo bath, separate
fully tiled shower cubicle, wash basin in vanity unit and
low flush W.C. Hot water is connected to all water outlets.
Polished
wood stairs lead from the Living Area to a first floor bedroom
with double bed, dresser, bedside tables and satellite television.
Double glazed doors lead to a small balcony at the side
with extensive sea views.
VILLAS
2 & 3 stand to either side of the main villa and are
identical in layout. Both are approached at the side through
a covered porch and double glazed doors into the bed sitting
room with high vaulted ceiling, fan and air conditioning.
There is a marble tiled floor, double bed with bedside tables,
dresser with satellite television, four seat wicker seating
arrangement, desk and stool. To the rear is a dressing area
with wardrobe off which is a bathroom with large terrazzo
double size bath with shower over, washbasin in vanity unit
with pink granite top and low flush W.C. The Living Area
has a mezzanine deck with double bed over looking the ground
floor and approached by way of a ladder access. To the front
is a deep covered terrace with spectacular sea views.
The
Villas are self sufficient with all the cutlery and crockery
you would expect together with a welcome pack of food and
drink. Car rentals can be arranged.
