Taling Ngam is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the Five Islands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Five Islands” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the Ferry Port in Nathon.
Situated about 2km from the Elephant Gate in Taling Ngam, there is only a single One Rai rectangular plot of land remaining (plots 1,2,3,5,6 &7 having been sold) each with their own Chanot title.
The remaining plot can be purchased for Baht 1,200,000 but this is negotiable.
