Taling Ngam is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the Five Islands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Five Islands” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the Ferry Port in Nathon.

Situated on a hillside overlooking the valley and with sea views to both the south-west and north-west, these seven plots of land offer the opportunity to build your own house on a small private estate. Unlike many private estates there are no monthly maintenance fees. Actual costs are kept to a minimum and shared between the owners on an annual basis.
