Choengmon lies on the north east peninsular and adjoins Plai Laem to the west and Chaweng to the south. It is one of the more heavily developed areas with private villas and a number of high quality hotels including the Imperial Boat House and Sala Samui. The road running through Choengmon has numerous restaurants and the usual selection of tailors and convenience stores. Choengmon Beach is regarded as one of the best beaches in Samui being quieter and less crowded than the popular Chaweng and Lamai beaches. It is a crescent of silver sand in a sheltered bay without strong currents and shelving only gradually away from the shore. A number of beach side restaurants front onto the beach.
The airport is close by with arrivals 10 minutes and departures 15 minutes away.
Just over half a Rai of hillside land overlooking Tong Song Bay. One of the few plots of land in this sea view location still available. The land faces east and enjoys bright Samui sunrises. To the south there are views of the new Ritz Carlton hotel. Conveniently located for access to Chaweng and a short drive to the Restaurants and bars of Bangrak and Fisherman’s Village.
