A small and active fishing village and the centre of the Muslim population on Samui. One of the first area to be populated by the people form Hainan in China. A new shrine just off the ring road has been built in tribute to the Chinese God “Guan Yu” and there is a plan to build a 16 metre tall bronze statue of “Guan Yu” which will make it taller than Big Buddha. Still very much a “locals” area with only a few incursions by foreigners and those mainly on the outskirts. Many of the old timber shop-houses still remain along the main ring road and you will see many of the long tail fishing boats moored along the beach.
The house is built in a modern style with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is accessed from the front into the open plan living room and kitchen. Stairs lead up to the first floor with private deck area overlooking the garden. Covered parking is at the front together with a store room.
The Main Bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and Dressing Area leading to the large en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and w.c.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and w.c.
The 3rd Bedroom has no furniture.
Land size is more than enough to build a standard pool with an extra house or bungalow separate from the house which will make more privacy for visitor
Location is about 80m from the main ring road, in a quiet location some 10-15 minutes to the nearest beach and tourist attractions. Hua Thanon Fisherman fresh market is not far from the house and the nearest grocery store is about 5 minutes.
