Taling Ngam is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the Five Islands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Five Islands” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the Ferry Port in Nathon.
The property stands in an elevated position with extensive sea views over the Five Islands and the Angthong Marine Park and consequently takes full advantage of the magnificent Samui sunsets throughout the year.
The accommodation is all on a single level with a large deck and Sala area to the rear.

The bedrooms are in a separate building at the side of the deck. The front bedroom has sea views and includes a double bed, dressing area with wardrobe, balcony at the side and en-suite bathroom with outside Balinese shower, wash basin and w.c. Sliding doors allow the mountain breezes to keep the room cool.
A second Bedroom is behind also with an adjoining Bathroom with Balinese open air shower, wash basin and w.c.
There is a Double Garage with adjoining room suitable for a maid or possible conversion to 3rd Bedroom.
