Is situated on the west coast some four and a half kilometres south of Nathon and is principally a residential area although includes the main commercial ferry port and Transport Department office for vehicle registrations and driving licences. Beach front properties enjoy the sunsets to the west over the FiveIslands.

This house has been unoccupied for some time and consequently the garden has become extensively overgrown and the pool left unattended. This accounts for the low price for what can be a very attractive small bungalow. It will require some effort to get it back in good order which will involve cutting back the shrubs and bushes, re-activating the pool and cleaning throughout. Air conditioning units and appliances have not been run for a long time and will need servicing.
