Payment Schedule for off plan purchases:

3% - upon plot reservation

47% upon land transfer registration in the Land Office

20% upon completion of the foundations, walls and roof frame work

20% upon completion of the roofing, plastering, electric and plumbing

10% upon completion of the villa

Construction time is 12 months.

Common area maintenance fee (including security service) is 8000 Thai baht per month (96000 Thai baht or about 3000 USD annually)
