Just south of Hua Thanon. Sandy but shallow beaches enclosed by a reef. Home of the Samui Tiger Zoo and Aquarium. The Thai government send Tigers here that have been caught in the wild and would otherwise have been killed. The Aquarium is worth a visit and there is a daily bird show. This area is also extremely popular for kite boarding.
This flat beach land is situated in the increasingly popular area between Hua Thanon and Laem Set. The land has a frontage of about 83 metres along a white sandy beach. It is already sub-divided into three separate Chanot titles so is available for immediate development and subsequent sale. This area lies within Zone 1 of the Samui Development Regulations and therefore ideal for residential development subject to the usual beach land regulations.
