Chaweng Beach Road is the main tourist street running parallel with the beach a hundred metres to the east. It has many shops and restaurants along its entire length including the Central Festival Shopping Plaza and the night time entertainment area of Green Mango adjacent to which is Hard Rock Cafe.

Description

Located in central Chaweng at the busiest night time entertainment area just off the Chaweng Beach Road. There are 20 rooms. 9 rooms with air condition, bathroom, cable TV and big fridge and 9 rooms with fan, bathroom and fridge. Most of these rooms are double but there are also rooms for 3 or 4 people with single beds. There is further two air condition rooms on the top floor of the five-storey building with large terrace area where you have nice overview of Chaweng .

The entrance to the hotel is on a side soi. Reception / office area has been renovated and has a small storage room. Every storey has new build in lockers for storage of sheets and towels etc. There is one more storage room up on the roof level. Hotel has wireless internet connection which works at the whole building. We also have own well which is very useful at the very dry season.


Restaurant and Bar is located at the front of the building on the ground level. There is recently refurbished kitchen area at the back. Two European standard toilets. Computer corner for customers with free internet access. Three pool tables. Seating for about 30 people and further seating at the bar counter for 15 people. There is also large screen projector which can be connected to internet. At the bar there are two fridges, tv, sound system, coffee machine under counter storage for drinks and classes etc. Beside bar is an extra room for storage.

The hotel is a well running business with lots of regular customers and has own website. Additional income of rent from orange mobile phone company, their antenna up on the roof. Extra income: pool tables, motorbikes and sale of ferry, bus tickets and tours etc.

All the rooms have been renovated in November 2012
