Chaweng Noi means Little Chaweng and lies at the southern end of ChawengBeach. Along the coast it is mainly hotels from mid range to the upper range Imperial and the new Vana Belle. To the west of the Ring Road are a number of sea view developments looking out across the Gulf of Thailand and the early morning sun. The Royal Samui Golf Course (9 holes) is in this area.
The property lies a short walk from the beach on the main ring road in South Chaweng. The land area extends to some 4,100 sq metres and apart from the 14 rooms includes an Italian and Thai 46 seat restaurant, Spa, 12m x 6m swimming pool and reception area.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and furnished and decorated in Oriental style including antiques and silk and Indonesian handicrafts. The accommodation includes a 200 sq m Villa with six rooms, eight Tropical Rooms totaling 360 sq m, plus an owners 100 sq m villa with two rooms.
The Spa offers Thai Traditional Massage, Aromatherapy, After Sun Massage, Reflexology, Thai Herbal Heat Revival, Facial Massage, Japanese Acupuncture and Zen Meditation.
The resort has its own 3-phase electrical transformer, telephone lines, Laundry Service, Cable and Satellite television, and offers room service, internet connections and car and motorcycle rentals. The grounds are landscaped and include some 35 coconut palms and other trees.
The resort is laid out is such a way that further expansion is possible without disturbing the existing tranquil nature of the location and which would have significant positive effect on the revenue of the business.
The resort has been profitably operated since 2002 and operational figures, occupancy rates and full lease details can be made available to applicants following completion of a confidentiality agreement.
