This spectacular villa is located on a lush hillside above Chaweng with spectacular views of the sea and the glimmering night lights of Chaweng town. All of Samui’s major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the villa by car or motorbike. Outside the villa
Beautiful gardens surround the villa and a cool sea breeze can be felt on even the warmest days of summer. A super-sized, private 13 metre swimming pool has beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean and lush jungle canopy. Well appointed private terraces provide plenty of room to relax in the evenings. Two outdoor levels contain dedicated relaxing sala areas which benefit from the constant sea breeze, especially during an early evening cocktail hour. There is a private outdoor washroom and shower area by the pool and a landscaped parking area by the main entrance.
The villa was designed by a leading international architect with interiors by one of Thailand's top designers. The villa is split into two levels.
Downstairs are two master bedrooms, both with en-suite showers and huge bathing tubs. The beds and bathing areas are positioned so that the spectacular pool and ocean views can be enjoyed at all times. The decor is modern, with twin sinks, ample wardrobe space and luxury furnishings. The private pool is accessible directly from both bedrooms through a spacious sun terrace.
Upstairs is where the main entrance and common areas are situated. This large open space houses a modern kitchen, a dining area and a beautifully furnished lounge with a TV and electronics package. The kitchen is fully furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A separate toilet is also available on this floor. The full-height windows open up onto a large terrace area.
This twin-master bedroom concept can comfortably accommodate many types of groups, including a couple, two couples sharing, a group of friends, or a family.
Located directly behind the villa is a service building that contains another kitchen, laundry facilities and accommodation for the housekeeper. You can make as much or as little use of the housekeeper as you need. Cleaning of the villa and the pool will be done on a daily basis, unless you request otherwise, while additional services at no additional cost include changing sheets and towels, cleaning dishes, grocery shopping and cooking of breakfast and simple meals. The housekeeper can also machine-wash clothes for you for a small charge.
The villa also offers free wireless internet access, cable TV via satellite, DVD, sound system, 24-hour security through on-site security guards, CCTV, an electronic burglar alarm system, and fire alarms and systems.

On making a booking a 25% deposit will be required to hold the villa. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations 30 days before arrival will receive a credit to rebook the villa within 6 months. Cancellations after 30 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
