Ban Makham is the area immediately to the north of Nathon with the Ring Road running close to the shore along which are a few restaurants and beach bungalows. The beach is narrow but the sea shallow for some distance and the coral and rocks are a favourite hunting ground at low water for locals seeking shell fish. The inland area is becoming increasingly developed and there are a few quality residential areas, some in elevated locations with sea views across Nathon and to the mainland. Allow 40 minutes to the Airport.

Situated on just over 5 rai of hillside overlooking the town of Nathon the property enjoys magnificent ocean views towards the Angthong National Marine Park which is also the setting for the renowned Koh Samui sunsets.

The property is approached by way of a private driveway leading to a parking area for three of four cars together with a single garage, as well as a new drive way to the level of the living area.

The Master Bedroom Suite is at the next level and includes a large study/sitting area leading to the Main Bedroom which has a high vaulted ceiling with central fan and air conditioning. A walk through Closet leads to the Bathroom which has a raised bath, double bowl wash hand basins, w.c. and glazed shower unit.

Also within the grounds is a Staff Cottage suitable for a couple.
