Bangrak runs along the southern shore of Big Buddha Bay for just under 3 kilometers from the Ferry Pier to the headland before Fisherman’s Village. The Eastern end is close to Big Buddha and the fresh food market across the bridge in Plai Laem. There are many restaurants and hotels situated along both sides of the road as well as numerous bars and shops. Sports fans are well catered for with The Premier Sports bar and The Doghouse showing most live sports events on big screens. Petcharat Marina is the only fully licenced private pier in Bangrak and provides docking facilities along its 128 metre pier together with a slip allowing boats to be launched from trailers.
