Ban Makham is the area immediately to the north of Nathon with the Ring Road running close to the shore along which are a few restaurants and beach bungalows. The beach is narrow but the sea shallow for some distance and the coral and rocks are a favourite hunting ground at low water for locals seeking shell fish. The inland area is becoming increasingly developed and there are a few quality residential areas, some in elevated locations with sea views across Nathon and to the mainland. Allow 40 minutes to the Airport.

This attractive Teak house lies 50m from a sandy beach north of Nathon and just south of the Four Seasons Resort. Just over ten years old the property was built with reclaimed Teak from Chiang Mai and has been well maintained by the present owner including replacing the doors with Teak sliding doors last year.
