North Chaweng

Extending from the Airport turn, south  to where the Beach Road one-way system starts, this area includes a number of mid to upper range hotels including Nora Buri Resort, Coral Bay Resort, Anantara Lawana Resort, Kandaburi, Muang Kulaypan, Amari Palm Reef, and many others, most of which have decent beaches depending in the tide. A few restaurants along the road and the usual convenience stores. SamuiInternationalHospital is located here. The airport is close by with arrivals and departures 10 minutes away.

This premium property is situated directly overlooking the sea five minutes north of Chaweng and a similar distance from the airport. It sits in a slightly elevated position above the sea with 180° views to the north and south. As part of one of the most prestigious modern developments on Koh Samui it enjoys full hotel facilities and is a few steps from the resort restaurant and has through which it has access to the beach.

The property is approached through landscaped driveways by way of Buggies provided by the Resort. Entrance is through a private gate leading into a courtyard around which the accommodation is laid out.

The main Living and Dining Area has open views across the infinity edge pool and deck to the sea and coastline in both directions. This area has glazed sliding doors to three sides, a polished timber floor and two air conditioning units. The Kitchen is set back towards the rear and comprises black granite work tops, stainless steel sink unit, four ring gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Laundry room with washer and drier. Off the main room is a guest washroom.

The Master Bedroom Suite opens onto a balcony with sea views. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath, wash hand basins and separate shower cubicle. To the rear is a dressing area with wardrobes and this leads to a study.

Two bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property, both with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and closet space. One of these bedrooms has a private balcony with views along the coast to the south. A fourth bedroom is situated below the Master Bedroom and this also has air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom and closet space.

The Pool Terrace is situated to the front of the main living area and has a small Sala adjacent to the 38 sqm infinity edge pool.
