Bang Po – Ban Tai

This is the north coast and comprises a number of quiet sandy beaches some of which are swimmable. A number of Thai beach front restaurants, private villa developments and hotels such as “The Sea”. Hillside retreats include “Infinity” and “Code” both of which enjoy extensive sea views to Koh Phangan and beyond.

This villa is situated on the north of the island on a rectangular site with open views to the front. The accommodation is all at one level being raised above ground level with a large open area underneath which includes covered parking. The Living accommodation opens out onto a deck with small pool.

The accommodation is approached by way pf steps from the covered parking area to:

• Combined Living Room and Dining room with tile floor, two ceiling fans, sofa and arm chairs, sliding doors with fly screens which open to the balcony;
• Kitchen with tile floor, fitted cupboards with work tops, stainless steel sink unit, 4-ring gas and electric hob with extractor fan, oven, fridge/freezer;
• Bedroom 1 with tile floor, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, double bed, sliding doors with fly screens to patio;
• Wardobe area and en suite Bathroom with hot water shower, w.c., and bath
• Bedroom 2 with tile floor, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, double bed, wardrobe, windows with fly screens, leading to;
• en-suite shower room with hot water shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
• Bedroom 3 with tile floor, single bed, wall mounted fan.
