Choengmon.

Choengmon lies on the north east peninsular and adjoins Plai Laem to the west and Chaweng to the south. It is one of the more heavily developed areas with private villas and a number of high quality hotels including the Imperial Boat House and Sala Samui. The road running through Choengmon has numerous restaurants and the usual selection of tailors and convenience stores. Choengmon Beach is regarded as one of the best beaches in Samui being quieter and less crowded than the popular Chaweng and Lamai beaches. It is a crescent of silver sand in a sheltered bay without strong currents and shelving only gradually away from the shore. A number of beach side restaurants front onto the beach.

The airport is close by with arrivals 10 minutes and departures 15 minutes away.

This recently completed bungalow resort is located in Choeng Mon, just 2 minutes away from the Choeng Mon beach.

There is room for expansion at the end of the land, where more bungalows could be added.

The resort consists of 4 bungalows with 2 bedrooms each. There is a communicating door at the front of the bungalow, for families.

Each room has a small garden in front and a terrace where the jacuzzi is. 2 sun lounges and a table with 4 chairs are in the garden.

Each room is differently decorated and have either a large sized bed or a double bed with en-suite bathroom.

Inside there is also a couch with a small table and a safe, water heater, cups, TV and a hair dryer are part of the equipment in the room.

At the front of the resort is a small reception and enough parking space.

Behind a bamboo fence is a concrete slab, which was initially planned to be the reception with dining area and a small building for the technical equipment.

There is also a golf cart included in the sale.
