Taling Ngam

Is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the Five Islands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Five Islands” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the Ferry Port in Nathon.

A total of 4 Rai but already seperated into three parcels of 1 rai, 1.05 Rai and 1.96 Rai. The owner would prefer to sell all  three together but may consider reasonable offers for the individual plots. The land is flat and currently planted with banana and coconut trees. It is situated ca 300 metres from the main road.
