Bangrak

Bangrak runs along the southern shore of Big Buddha Bay for just under 3 kilometers from the Ferry Pier to the headland before Fisherman’s Village. The Eastern end is close to Big Buddha and the fresh food market across the bridge in Plai Laem. There are many restaurants and hotels situated along both sides of the road as well as numerous bars and shops. Sports fans are well catered for with The Premier Sports bar and The Office showing most live sports events on big screens. There is the usual selection of 7-11 and Family Mart and Tesco Express convenience stores. There are a few Bank Exchange booths but no bank branches.

Ferries run from the Pier at the eastern end and provide services to the nearby islands. Many boats also leave from the small piers along the beach to the regular Full Moon Parties on Koh Phangan. The airport is close by with arrivals 10 minutes and departures 15 minutes away.

This studio is located in building J of Replay in Bang Rak on the top floor. From the balcony and living room you can enjoy the sea view over to Koh Phangan.

The studio consists of a balcony, the studio itself with bed and living area, bathroom and kitchen area.

The facilities at Replay: reception, 2 large swimming pools, private beach access, tennis, sauna, fitness, 24 h security, ATM, supermarket, restaurant, car park, motorbike park, taxi/shuttle/airport service, houskeeping and rental service possible.

There is also the possibility to pay over 24 months with an initial payment of 1.75 million Baht and the remainder over 24 months, monthly/quarterly/halfyear installments possible.

The studio comes unfurnished.

There is also the possibility to buy the adjoining 1 bedroom apartment (CF1783) and create an opening therefore having a 2 bed apartment.
