Maenam

An increasingly popular area on the north coast with some nice sandy beaches. Stretching some 6 kilometers between Ban Tai and Bophut with numerous hotels and restaurants along the road. Hotels range from the high quality Nappasai, Santiburi Resort and W Retreat to many smaller beach front properties. Samui’s only 18 hole golf course is at the Santiburi Samui Country Club in the hills with magnificent sea views as you play the course. Allow 25-30 minutes to the Airport.

This resort is located near Maenam and only about 100 metes from the sandy beach of Maenam.

There are 10 single rooms with large bed, TV, mini bar, free WIFI, safe and own bathroom with hot water shower. 2 of the rooms can be combined to create a family room as they have a communicating door. At the top floor on the left side 3 rooms have been transformed to make a comfortable 2 bed apartment with kitchen presently occupied by the owners.

At the front of the resort is the pool with a number of couches. On the side is the bar and restaurant. Towards the back of the resort is the kitchen, laundry area and storage space. Parking is at the front of the resort.

Once the key money has been paid there is no more rent to be paid.
